  • Are able to deal with travel agents and tour operators all over the world on your behalf.
  • Function well under pressure and have a "can do" approach. 
  • Are able to remain calm and friendly during stressful situations.
  • Understand guest behaviour and are able to read the market accurately.
  • Have the ability to interact with guests from all over the world and we have unique ways to overcome any language barriers.
  • Know how to take measures to minimise complaints.
